Our master distiller started fermenting and distilling non GMO corn in January of 2019. He envisioned aging it at least four years in our special microclimate and proceeded to do so.
Somehow, some samples made it to the bar, and the customer demand was “We want a corn whiskey!”
D3 is all “in-house”, so this special Whiskey was fermented, distilled, and bottled at D3 in Kingman, AZ. This Whiskey is non-blended, so the burst of flavor is deliciously complex, and gives the first impression of subtle tones of buttered popcorn or corn chips.
