Lost Railcar Kitchen Dinners have been hosted by D3 for local Executive Chef Dora.  Are you a chef looking to inspire and be inspired?  Come cook for us to see if you like our kitchen and would like to craft delicious dinners for up to 20+ guests.  


Desert Diamond Distillery has hosted Executive Chef Dora Manley’s “Dinner Around The World” series 2020-2022.
Starting in September with a French inspired dinner, and moving to October with a German inspired dinner,  November was Spain inspired…
January was Greece, February was Italy, March was New Orleans, April was Hawaii, and June will be our Annual BBQ on June 18th!  Mark your calendars!  Call to be on the list for first call!  928 757 7611.

Join us for these Fun filled evenings that includes two featured cocktails and appetizers from 6pm-7pm, then a multi-course dinner from 7pm in the historic train car (seats 20) each night.
After dessert, we all go out to the Barrel Room for a special one-of-a-kind tasting (distillers choice) and Q&A with the distiller.

The Annual BBQ in JUNE (18th) will feature more BBQ style food, and will start 6:00 PM.

Train Car Virtual Tour & How it was moved here…

Take a walk through our historic 1918 Pullman Train Car #30. Learn more about the history and the journey it made to Kingman Arizona. See the train car from it’s journey on the train to get here, to it’s journey on a flatbed trailer to get to our location, and then the crane lifts to get it off.  Our tour is a cheap tutorial on how to move a train…:)

How to get here..........................

Desert Diamond Distillery is located at the Kingman Airport just 4 miles off I-40 at the Andy Devine exit (Highway 66 exit). Go towards Peach Springs and turn into the Airport Industrial Complex. Turn right on Olympic Drive. The distillery will be on your left. Please be advised that some mapping systems used in cars are confused by our address, so please don't rely on those instructions exclusively. We have a pier-1 style store here in the Industrial park called "Import Corners". Shoppertunities!
